This website is operated by FragranceSA. By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS

We sell fragrance products. Due to health regulations, all sales of opened fragrances are final. We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately.

SECTION 3 - PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We accept PayFast, card, and EFT payments. Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email support@fragrancesa.co.za with your order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

SECTION 5 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
