RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund. Email support@fragrancesa.co.za with your order number. Once processed, orders cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS:
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do NOT accept returns or refunds on fragrance products once opened, used, or if the seal is broken.

We only accept returns for:
1. Unopened items in original sealed packaging
2. Incorrect or defective items received

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Email support@fragrancesa.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved returns will be exchanged or refunded minus shipping costs. Customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost to you.

NO RETURNS ON:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items without original packaging
- Items returned after 7 days
